By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase products through it.
1. Online Store
Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws through your use of our website.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit website content unlawfully, or use our services in a manner that infringes the rights of Florida Man Men’s Care® or another party.

By placing an order through our website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, packaging, labeling, appearance, dimensions, and other characteristics may differ slightly from photographs or descriptions displayed online.

4. Personal-Care Products
Florida Man Men’s Care® offers cosmetic and personal-care products, including our Hybrid Cleansing Bars™.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are intended for cosmetic cleansing and personal-care purposes and are not drugs or medical treatments.
Statements and information appearing on our website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and should not be considered medical advice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use. Individuals with allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other medical concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, bundles, or other offers at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by law.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or disclosed during checkout.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, product availability, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or misuse of promotions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Payment
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.
8. Shipping
We currently offer $6.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $45 and free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $45 or more within the United States.
Shipping rates, thresholds, services, and promotions may change from time to time.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returned merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Because of health, hygiene, and safety considerations, opened or used Hybrid Cleansing Bars™ and other personal-care products are not eligible for return, except where otherwise required by law or where an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an incorrect or damaged item received or otherwise provided by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, bundles, free-shipping offers, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions and to reject fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, or abusive use of promotional offers, subject to applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
FloridaManCare.com and its original content, branding, artwork, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs, logos, slogans, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Florida Man Men’s Care® and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Florida Man Men’s Care®, Hybrid Cleansing Bar™, and other marks, names, logos, or branding identified on our website may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content without permission except as otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
